Flood Advisory issued July 21 at 3:21PM EDT until July 21 at 6:15PM EDT by NWS Louisville KY * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Crawford County in south central Indiana... Harrison County in south central Indiana... Perry County in south central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT /515 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 321 PM EDT /221 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tell City, Corydon, English, Carefree Town, Mount Pleasant, Cannelton, Palmyra, Marengo, Milltown and Leopold. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
