In eastern Arkansas, Monroe. In southeast Arkansas, Arkansas, Bradley, Cleveland, Desha, Drew, Jefferson and Lincoln. In southwest Arkansas, Calhoun, Dallas and Ouachita. * WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Saturday through 1 PM CDT Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The potential exists for heavy rainfall to develop across the watch area late Friday night into Saturday morning. Reasonable worst case scenario has a focused area between 5-10" of rainfall possible with most likely scenario between 2-5" of rainfall.
