Flood Watch issued June 23 at 12:58PM CDT until June 24 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Muskogee and Okfuskee. In northeast Oklahoma, Craig, Creek, Mayes, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Okmulgee, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK and Western Osage. In southeast Oklahoma, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, McIntosh, Pittsburg and Pushmataha. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of slow-moving, heavy rain producing storms are possible through tonight. Flood Advisory issued June 23 at 11:16AM CDT until June 23 at 2:30PM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Oklahoma, including the following county, Pittsburg. * WHEN...Until 230 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1116 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Estimates of up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mcalester... Kiowa... Savanna... Ashland... Haywood... Mcalester Regional Airport...
