In Nebraska, Douglas, Sarpy, Cass, and Otoe Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT early this morning. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusts of 60 to 70 mph have been observed in the Omaha Metro area. They are occurring outside of thunderstorms. Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
