Special Weather Statement issued May 24 at 4:24AM EDT by NWS Upton NY Patchy dense fog has developed across southern Connecticut early this morning reducing visibilities to 1/4 mile or less. Visbilities vary across the region, so travellers should be prepared to encounter quickly changing visibilities. Slow down and use your low beams in the fog. Visbilities will be improving 700 AM to 900 AM.
