Breaking waves of 8 to 15 feet will be possible. Given the hot weather inland, area beaches will see increased visitation leading to a higher likelihood of people being swept into the ocean. * WHERE...San Francisco, Coastal North Bay Including Point Reyes National Seashore, San Francisco Peninsula Coast and Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast Counties. * WHEN...Through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Large waves can sweep across beaches without warning.
