For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM Saturday to midnight MDT Saturday night. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. * WINDS...South 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 13 percent. * IMPACTS...Elevated fire danger is expected.
