Mississippi River at Keithsburg affecting Louisa, Henderson, Mercer and Des Moines Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Burlington. * WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water affects the Port of Burlington parking lot. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 16.5 feet and steady. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Saturday evening and continue falling to 14.6 feet next Monday, June 10. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
