Flood waters reach the lower edge of the concrete building where the gage equipment is located. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.0 feet this evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.0 feet on 03/22/1955. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
