Newport News and Fort Eustis around 820 PM EDT. Lee Hall around 825 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this storm include Rushmere, Lackey, Chippokes State Park, Water Country U.S.A., Oriana, Bacons Castle, Dare, Newport News Golf Course, Poolesville, and Moonlight.
