ROCK RIVER near LEBANON-3 E-HWY MM BRIDGE affecting Dodge County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wisconsin River at Portage. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, There is general overflow of the river. Water is near homes in the Blackhawk Park area of Portage on the south side of the river along Old River Road. Floodwaters are over West Lake Road and Blackhawk Road in the Blackhawk Park area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:30 PM CDT Wednesday was 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 12.5 feet Wednesday, June 05. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.0 feet on 04/29/1994. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
