Delaware Bay waters south of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE... At 508 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near Fourteen Foot Bank Light, moving southeast at 15 knots. Locations impacted include... Brown Shoal Light, Fourteen Foot Bank Light, Slaughter Beach, Cape Henlopen, Bowers Beach, Rehoboth Beach, Cape May Point, Miah Maull Light, Ship John Shoal Light, Brandywine Shoal Light, Indian River Inlet Bridge, Overfalls Shoal, Fortesque Beach, Sea Breeze, Bethany Beach, Buoy 2ms, and Cross Ledge Light. Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
