Seas of up to 3 to 6 feet within protected waters. * WHERE...All of the open Gulf waters and protected waters including tidal lakes and sounds, excluding Lake Maurepas. * WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible until Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the vessel for hazardous conditions.
