Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
