Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A stalled front over eastern North Carolina will linger through this morning. Rounds of heavy rainfall with some embedded thunderstorms could bring additional rain totals of 2 to 4 inches.
