Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued June 30 at 12:08AM CDT until June 30 at 12:45AM CDT by NWS Duluth MN At 1208 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Swan River to near Savanna Portage State Park, moving northeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. These severe storms will be near... Floodwood around 1215 AM CDT. Other locations in the path of these severe thunderstorms include Meadowlands. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for north central and east central Minnesota. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado, go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.

LOUIS IN WISCONSIN THIS WATCH INCLUDES 1 COUNTY IN NORTHWEST WISCONSIN DOUGLAS THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF CASTLE DANGER, CLOQUET, DULUTH, SILVER BAY, SUPERIOR, AND TWO HARBORS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES THE TRIBAL LANDS OF THE FOND DU LAC BAND, CLOQUET DISTRICT, THE FOND DU LAC BAND, SAWYER DISTRICT, THE FOND DU LAC BAND, BROOKSTON DISTRICT AND THE BOIS FORTE BAND, LAKE VERMILION AND, NETT LAKE AREAS.
