Time span: early this evening until Tuesday afternoon. Remarks: Rainfall rates of 10 to 15 mm per hour may occur over some locations. Thunderstorms may develop over some areas, producing locally heavier rainfall. ### Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas.
