Flood Watch issued June 4 at 7:06PM CDT until June 5 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are expected to move into eastern Oklahoma this evening and spread east and southward overnight. Locally heavy rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected primarily across portions of eastern Oklahoma. Recent heavy rainfall will allow any additional heavy rains to lead to rapid onset flooding.
