Central St. Louis County in northeastern Minnesota... * WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 651 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has fallen from thunderstorms over the last few hours. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - A brief lull in thunderstorms is expected through 8 PM. Additional thunderstorms will bring rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected to move back into the area around 8 PM. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
