Western Winn Parish in north central Louisiana... * Until 1130 PM CDT. * At 1037 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Ringgold to 13 miles northeast of Converse to 9 miles west of Zwolle, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. Numerous trees and power lines have been downed across Southern Caddo and Desoto Parishes from these storms.
