In Texas, Lower Jefferson County. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels of 2.0 to 2.5 feet MHHW during high tide can be expected this morning, slowly receding by this afternoon. Significant flooding expected to persist this morning. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
