Waves as high as 4 to 6 feet possible. * WHERE...Presque Isle, Alpena, Alcona, Iosco and Arenac Counties. * WHEN...Through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...A high swim risk means that life-threatening waves and currents are expected. Stay out of the water and stay away from dangerous areas like piers and breakwalls. Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.
