Storm sewer pump stations are beginning to operate (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 17.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.0 feet tomorrow afternoon.
