* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut and southeast New York.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Monday to 6 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Due to snow melt and recent rainfall some tree root systems may be somewhat compromised potentially leading to some uprooted trees.
