For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 10 PM MDT Wednesday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Thursday morning through Thursday evening. * WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts 35 to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Elevated fire danger is expected. Fires will catch and spread rapidly and erratically. A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior. A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible Red Flag Warnings.

In Utah, Southeast Utah. * WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. These winds will occur during a period of critical fire weather making any fire starts difficult if not impossible to contain. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
