Flood Watch issued June 22 at 4:10PM EDT until June 23 at 8:00AM EDT by NWS Gaylord MI * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan, including the following counties, Alcona, Alpena, Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Crawford, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Montmorency, Oscoda, Otsego and Presque Isle. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated round of heavy rainfall are expected today and tonight.
