Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County. Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Wells and Adams Counties. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash, Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood.
