Heat Advisory issued July 27 at 1:24AM MDT until July 28 at 12:00AM MDT by NWS Billings MT * WHAT...Temperatures up to 100 degrees. * WHERE...Treasure, Northern Rosebud, Powder River, and Southern Rosebud. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Hot daytime temperatures combined with warm overnight low temperatures will produce cumulative heat stress. This heat stress will quickly become dangerous to anyone without adequate cooling and hydration. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
