Rock slides will be possible. Minor flooding in urban areas where there is poor drainage. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Moderate to heavy rain has fallen. Observed rainfall amounts range from 0.30-0.80 inches.
