Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At midnight EDT, Local law enforcement reported high water issues on multiple roads near Williamsburg. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Centerville, Fountain City, Greens Fork, Spring Grove, Bethel, Economy, Whitewater, Williamsburg, Interstate 70 at Exit 145 and Middleboro. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
