Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mill Creek at Washington. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low lands along the creek flood from Morrowville to Washington flood. At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 22.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 3.0 feet Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
