North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County. * WHAT...Major flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...From Saturday morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water affects many residences along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 10.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 13.2 feet early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
