Localized rock and debris on prone roadways is expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 742 PM MDT /642 PM PDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving into the area. Minor flooding is expected to begin tonight in the advisory area. - https://www.weather.gov/mso/hydrology Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Wind gusts from thundershowers may exceed 50 mph. * WHERE...Northern Clearwater Mountains. * WHEN...From 11 AM to 4 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Recent moisture from the rainfall could increase the tree-fall threat. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Make sure you have a saw with you if traveling in the backcountry.
