Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches and locally higher amounts of 6 inches or more are possible through Monday evening across the watch area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued June 21 at 5:40PM CDT until June 22 at 1:00AM CDT by NWS Little Rock AR THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 366 IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM CDT MONDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN ARKANSAS THIS WATCH INCLUDES 7 COUNTIES IN EASTERN ARKANSAS RANDOLPH IN NORTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS BAXTER BOONE FULTON IZARD MARION SHARP THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ASH FLAT, ATTICA, BULL SHOALS, CALICO ROCK, CAVE CITY, CHEROKEE VILLAGE, FLIPPIN, HARDY, HARRISON, HORSESHOE BEND, MAMMOTH SPRING, MELBOURNE, MOUNTAIN HOME, OXFORD, POCAHONTAS, SUMMIT, AND YELLVILLE.
