At 21.0 feet, County Road Y 5 near the gage floods, 3 miles north of Reading. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 20.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
