Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 653 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Maryville, Sevierville, Alcoa, Farragut, Pigeon Forge, Louisville, Rockford, Eagleton Village, Strawberry Plains, Halls, Friendsville, Lake Forest, Bearden, Seymour, Wildwood, Kimberlin Heights, Maloneyville and Powell. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
