Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and storms are expected to develop late tonight and last into Saturday. These storms will be capable of rainfall rates between 1-2 inches per hour. Rainfall totals of 1-3 inches are likely through Saturday evening with the potential for localized areas of 3+ inches.
