For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 10 PM MDT Wednesday. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts 35 to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly.
