For the Red River...including Wahpeton, Hickson, Fargo, Halstad, East Grand Forks, Oslo, Drayton, Pembina...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Buffalo River...including Hawley, Dilworth...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Red River of the North at Fargo. * WHEN...Until Monday, June 03. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, 3rd Street underpass is closed (Moorhead). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 22.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:15 AM CDT Monday was 22.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.2 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. Safety message - Turn around, don't drown. Don't travel through flooded areas.
