This * WHERE...Salt Creek at Barnard. * WHEN...Until this evening. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Flooding of cultivated land can be expected, more so on the east bank. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 11.8 feet Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
