Daviess County in southwestern Indiana... Northeastern Knox County in southwestern Indiana... Northern Martin County in southwestern Indiana... * Until 1100 PM EDT. * At 821 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 2.25 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Vincennes, Washington, Bicknell, Loogootee, Odon, Elnora, Wheatland, Bruceville, Plainville, Sandborn, Montgomery, Edwardsport, Crane, Cannelburg, West Boggs Lake, Burns City and Indian Springs. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.

In south central Indiana, Brown, Jackson, Lawrence and Monroe. In southeast Indiana, Jennings. In southwest Indiana, Daviess, Greene, Knox, Martin and Sullivan. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
