Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mill Creek at Washington. * WHEN...From late tonight to Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low lands along the creek flood from Morrowville to Washington flood. At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 20.3 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
