Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A few isolated showers and storms are ongoing early this morning. Additional storms are likely to form later today, especially south of Interstate 40. Locations that have recently seen flooding, or received several inches of rainfall, are at greatest risk of additional flooding if they receive additional heavy rainfall.
