Rainfall rates may approach 2 inches per hour. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of northwest Illinois, including the following counties, Jo Daviess and Stephenson and Iowa, including the following counties, Benton, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson, Jones and Linn. * WHEN...From midnight CDT tonight through Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms will develop in the tropical atmosphere after midnight and slowly move across the area.
