In southeast Wisconsin, Dodge, Ozaukee and Washington. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and some storms with heavy rainfall rates should linger into this morning, moving through areas that have already received heavy rainfall. Another 1 inch or so of rainfall may occur into this morning.
