In Southwest WY...Sweetwater. * IMPACTS: Low Humidities and Strong Gusty Winds could cause erratic fire behavior. * WIND: West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 50 mph. * HUMIDITY: As low as 10 to 15 percent. A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.

Strong crosswind gusts on area highways could cause high-profile vehicle blow-overs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts 35 to 45 mph will be common around Cody, while areas near Clark and between Meeteetse and the Park County Landfill south of Cody have a better chance of seeing localized gusts 55 to 65 mph. People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind.
