Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread showers and thunderstorms associated with an approaching tropical disturbance in the Western Gulf will produce 4-8 inches of rainfall across the area within the watch.
