Mississippi River at Caruthersville Mississippi River at Tunica Mhoon Landing For the Lower Mississippi River...including Tiptonville, Caruthersville, Osceola, Memphis, Tunica Mhoon Landing, Helena... elevated river levels are forecast. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Osceola. * WHEN...Until Tuesday, May 21. * IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, In Tennessee, the settlement south of Cold Creek Road down from Crawford Road is flooding. Crawford Road West is flooding. The Reach-Coker Slough hunting camp is flooding along Nix Road. Grammer Road is flooded at Jones Slough. Much of the Lauderdale south bottom is underwater. Homesteads and camps on Cash Road are cut-off. Sections of Crane Road are cut-off on Island 35. In Arkansas, Mississippi County Road 903 north of O'Donnell Bend is flooded in places. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.0 feet early Wednesday afternoon.
