Pearl River Near Bogalusa affecting Washington and Pearl River Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Pearl River near Bogalusa. * WHEN...From this evening to early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.5 feet, Woodlands and crop acreage along the river will be flooded. The Bogue Chitto Wildlife Management area will be inundated with water in recreational camps and over access roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 17.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening and continue rising to a crest of 19.0 feet early Sunday afternoon.
