Northern Cherokee County in northeastern Texas... * Until 930 PM CDT. * At 824 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near East Mountain to near Liberty City to near Bullard, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. Tyler Pounds Field measured a 70 mph wind gust from these storms at 814 PM. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Locations impacted include... Tyler, Longview, Jacksonville, Henderson, Kilgore, Whitehouse, White Oak, Gladewater, Gilmer, Hallsville, Overton, Bullard, Troup, Tatum, Big Sandy, New London, Arp, Clarksville City, East Mountain, and Mount Selman.
